Come and join our small, dynamic team delivering ecological restoration through woodland creation in South Wales and the Bannau (Bannau Brycheiniog | the Brecon Beacons).

We are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to add value to the charity help us deliver ecological restoration through woodland creation schemes to the highest standards. The position of Operations Manager is a new role and would suit someone who is well organised with lots of initiative, happy to work in the outdoors in all weathers and has a passion for woodland and landscape restoration. The postholder will report to the General Manager, and work as part of a small operational team, working closely with our office, Woodland Creation Officers and Nursery manager. 

We welcome applications from people from all groups and communities. The post is advertised as a part-time position, however there is scope to discuss hours and remuneration with the possibility of seasonal variation if suitable. Work will be based at our nursery in Bettws and office in Abergavenny with additional travel to Woodland Creation sites.
